In accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill, it is legal to manufacturer and sell products containing hemp-derived Delta-9 THC that stays below the 0.3% threshold by dry weight. If you are in any of the following states you can buy our products: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, and WY.

THC from hemp is identical to THC from marijuana but is 100% federally legal when it is derived from hemp and under 0.3% by dry weight.

We offer two options for shipping orders. 3-5 Business Days and 2 Business Days. Rates for these options vary slightly from zone to zone but both are very financially competitive. We do not offer free shipping unless it is a special promotion. We offer shipping to 40+ states. If your state is not listed below, it is because local regulations limit access to hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products. We and our legal team monitor the legal environment throughout the US constantly and will update our shipping destinations as the laws evolve. We want you to be happy with our products. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund during the first 20-days after the shipping date. If your request is accepted, Sirona Sciences will give you a full refund. It easy to request a refund. Simply send an email to refunds@sironasciences.com or fill out our contact form. Please note, orders beyond the 20-day period are not able to be returned or refunded. Refunds will only be allowed one-time per customer per month and no more than three times (3x) per year.
